Spring is upon us and that means the return of outdoor food markets - HOLLA! One of my favorite curators of this is Urbanspace. They bring together a powerhouse lineup of food vendors at these outdoor pop ups. Many of the vendors are among NYC’s most popular fast(ish) food including Roberta’s, Hill Country BBQ, and Ice & Vice. Throughout the Spring, Summer & Fall the market takes turns at different locations for 4-5 weeks at a time. The locations include Madison Square Park, Broadway Bites near Macy's, and the Garment District. This operates 7 days a week, typically from 11am-9pm. You will find food from around the globe ranging from Indian, Italian, Thai, Colombian, and Chinese to name a few. There is literally no craving that can’t be satisfied here. Some vendors are at all 3 markets, while each location has restaurants that are unique to itself. They also have plenty of beer to go around. Below is a list of market dates & locations, followed by pictures of what you can expect to be stuffing your face with!
