Overview
I found the epicenter of suits and business meetings and men that will hopefully marry me and give me a mansion so that I don't have to work anymore. It resides at a steakhouse in Midtown Manhattan. There are actually 12 locations of BLT Steak today, showing that yes, the public has spoken and they want more. The dining room is elegant & decorated sparsely. The menu consists of big fat California cabs and good ol' American steakhouse classics. The obvious staples are available - crab cakes, wedge salad, raw bar, and tuna tartar. There is a definite focus on presentation and fresh ingredients. Steaks are USD Prime with many cuts to choose from and an excellent char. If steak isn't your thing (because you have bad taste) the chef has allotted space for fish, lamb, chicken, and a massive assortment of side dishes. Bring someone else's wallet if you can; this doesn't come cheap.
