Overview
Regina's Grocery is like a blast from the past in the best way. The small Lower East Side storefront has been remodeled to look like the old school Italian deli's in Brooklyn, complete with the beautiful Italian Regina behind the counter. They have filled the gap in a neighborhood that was seriously lacking a deli. The offerings are an impressively long list (15+) of creative sandwich combos. Prosciutto, mortadella, hot sopressata, smoked ham and fresh mozz are heavily represented. In addition to the sandwiches they have a selection of Italian groceries and specialty items like hot peppers, pasta salad and marinated artichokes.
