Overview
Cannibal Liquor House is a bar by the Cannibal team, located next door to the original restaurant. The atmosphere is casual & dark, with a large bar and plenty of seating. As the name would suggest, they offer an array of cocktails and an impressive menu of bar bites. The offerings are meat heavy but there is a surprising range of vegetable friendly dishes. There are tons of snacks to graze on like house made chips, everything pretzels, and onion rings all done very well. If you'd like something more substantial burrata, clams, and even octopus are available. The star is the sandwiches, most exciting of which is the towering fried green tomato "burger" that comes piled high with two patties, bacon, smoked aioli and goat cheese. It's a fun place for casual evening or happy hour specials.
